Repair existing concrete cracks at the northeastern corner of the foundation. Two structural engineers evaluated the scope of work and determined that an epoxy injection system could be employed. It was also determined that an existing bracing connection at one of the footings was in need of repair.

• Remove interior wood paneling and floor finishes to expose cracks

• Provide temporary shoring to support structure during reinforcement

• Install injection ports, inject epoxy into cracks, apply protective coating and install finishing system

• Inspect interior and exterior areas for additional cracking
