2026 Kitchen Floor Replacement

The 20-year old linoleum flooring from 2006 has deteriorated and needs replacement.

Existing Conditions
Kitchen floor linoleum is torn and ripped in places, and the seams are not longer intact.

Proposed Solution

  • Remove existing linoleum

  • Staple down 1/4” plywood sub floor

  • Remove and reset two commercial dish sanitizers pre/post installation

  • Install commercially rated sheet flooring

  • Seal seams with commercial sealant

  • Cut existing wood transition at the entry clearly and fit flooring to the wood

  • Plane kitchen door and bottom cabinets to fit over new flooring
