2026 Kitchen Floor Replacement
The 20-year old linoleum flooring from 2006 has deteriorated and needs replacement.
Existing Conditions
Kitchen floor linoleum is torn and ripped in places, and the seams are not longer intact.
Proposed Solution
Remove existing linoleum
Staple down 1/4” plywood sub floor
Remove and reset two commercial dish sanitizers pre/post installation
Install commercially rated sheet flooring
Seal seams with commercial sealant
Cut existing wood transition at the entry clearly and fit flooring to the wood
Plane kitchen door and bottom cabinets to fit over new flooring
Cost: $11,550
